Admins in your Groove account have the option to create multiple knowledge bases. 

To get started, simply visit your KB dashboard and click the Add a knowledge base button in the bottom left corner of the page. 

You'll be prompted to enter a name for your new knowledge base, then click Create my knowledge base and you are on your way!

Once created your new KB will appear on the left side of your KB dashboard and you can switch between them to make updates.
