Why Is My Knowledge Base Subdomain Different To My Groove account subdomain?

The reason for this is because the Groove App (Inbox, Knowledge Base, Reporting) is a different site for users and users can have multiple Knowledge Bases with multiple subdomains.

Technically speaking, we can not reuse a subdomain that's already being used for the Groove App, as we wouldn't know where to route the user for the root URL.
