Overview

Some customers have experienced issues when embedding images in emails. Specifically, when recipients click on the images, they encounter an error message stating, "Sorry, this file doesn't exist or you do not have access to it.", or, you may see a broken image icon:

This issue typically arises because the images are hosted with a provider where the image no longer exists or has restricted access. This tends to happen when you right click on an image (that is hosted somewhere), then copy and paste it into your email.
