How To Add Team Members To Your Team

After the email forwarding connection completes, Groove displays a window that lets you add team members to the Inbox. This is an optional step. You can add team members now or later.

To add team members now:

1. Click the Invite teammates! button.
   
   
   
   
2. Enter one email address per row.
   
3. Optionally, switch on the toggle to assign Admin privileges to each member.
   
4. Click Send invites & close.
   
   

Note: Groove sends an invite to each email. Users must open the message and click the Join your team button to accept the invite and access the Groove Inbox.
