We're excited to share that Groove is rebranding, and our new website and future product direction will be centered around Helply.

What Does This Mean for Existing Groove Customers?

If you're currently using Groove, nothing is changing for your account.

Your:

  • Account

  • Data

  • Pricing

  • Team members

  • Existing workflows

will all remain exactly as they are today.

Classic Groove will continue operating as normal, with a dedicated team of engineers, support staff, and product specialists focused on maintaining and improving the platform. We're continuing to release updates and improvements regularly, and that commitment isn't changing.

No Migration Required

You do not need to take any action.

We are:

  • Not migrating customers to Helply

  • Not sunsetting Groove

  • Not changing your pricing

  • Not changing your login process

Classic Groove will continue running exactly as it does today.

Your Login Stays the Same

You will continue signing in through your existing Groove URL:

yourcompany.groovehq.com

We recommend bookmarking your Groove login URL so you always have it readily available.

Why Does GrooveHQ.com Redirect to Helply?

The main Groove website (groovehq.com) now redirects to Helply.

This change does not affect your Groove account or login URL.

If you visit Helply and need to access your Groove account:

  1. Click Login.

  2. Select "Classic Groove customer? Sign in here".

  3. You'll be taken directly to the Groove sign-in page.
