If you use Google or Office 365 to sign in on web, you'll not be able to use this to log in to our mobile apps. Instead, follow these steps:

  • On web, log out of your account.
  • Go to the login page.
  • Click Forgot password.
  • Follow the steps to reset your password.

Once this is done, you can use the password you just set to log in on mobile.
