For customers who need to support multiple brands in their Groove account, you can create multiple widgets and send the tickets to your different mailboxes. 

To create multiple widgets, click the Settings icon in the far left menu bar. In the Integrations (Legacy) section, locate the Support Widget app and click Settings. To add a new widget, click the Create Widget button in the top right of the page.

When setting up your widget, under the Contact Tab settings, there is an option to select the mailbox where you want to send your tickets. 

Under the KB tab in your widget settings, you can select which knowledge base you want to appear in your new widget. 

From there you can continue to customize the text and colors of your widget as shown in this article. Once you're done, add the code snippet for your new widget to your website and you're good to go!
