With our Related Articles feature, you can opt to "link" related articles to each other so that the related content shows at the bottom of your KB articles. By showing related articles, you give your customers an easy way to explore your help content, making it easier for them to find answers without creating more work for your support team. 

When you are writing a new article or editing an existing one, you will see a "Related Articles" section in the right sidebar of the article editor. 

Here you can type in keywords to search your published articles and then select your related article from the list of search results. 

Once added, your related articles will be linked and appear at the bottom of your published article.
