To invite a new teammate, go to your Profile Icon →  Invite team members

Add their email address and select whether you'd like to add them as an Admin, Agent, or Lite user. More on user roles here!

 

 

Click Next then choose what inbox(s) they can access. If your mailboxes are all set to Everyone, the checkboxes will be greyed out as they are all activated for all users. And that's it!

 

Note: Only admins can invite new users.
