An account administrator can invite new teammates from Add teammates after connecting a mailbox to Groove.

1. #Connect a mailbox

   Connect a mailbox to Groove for the first time.

2. #Open Add teammates

   In Groove’s left column, select Add teammates.

3. #Invite teammates

   Use Add teammates to invite the new users to Groove.

   You must be an account administrator to add new users and groups. Agents with basic responding permissions cannot invite new users.
