Setting Your Ticketing Preferences

Would you like to automatically assign a ticket to you after replying to an email? How about returning straight to your New and Open tickets after making an update?

You can fine tune a few workflow elements in Groove to improve your user experience based on your personal preferences.

You can find where to set these ticketing preferences in Preferences under My Settings.

These ticketing preferences are purely personal, so we encourage you to play around with all of the different settings to get a feel for what works best for you.
