Adding a User to your Groove Account

If you're an Admin or Account Owner, you can add a new User in the User Section of your Settings Menu. If you're not an Admin or Account Owner, you won't have the option to add a user. 

In the left side-bar menu, select +Add User under Users

Fill in your Agent's name and email address, and select whether they're a regular agent or an admin.

Once you click Done, we'll send your User a welcome email to complete the account creation process.

Please note that adding a user does not automatically start forwarding their mail to your Groove account. Users and mailboxes are separate things and you can read more about getting started with your mailbox here
